Our Services

We have acquired a range of field survey equipment to enable comprehensive surveys of flora and fauna. Such equipment includes Anabat bat detectors, radio telemetry receivers and antennae, mammal traps, hair tubes, GPS units, and firearms including a tranquilliser gun.

Our services focus on flora and fauna surveys and include:

Vegetation quality assessments (Habitat Hectare assessments and Net-Gain analysis)
Vegetation and/or habitat mapping (GIS).
Preparation of environmental management plans.
Bat surveys including analysis of recorded micro-bat calls (Anabat).
Live trapping of fauna species (subject to approval).
Hair tube surveys.
Ecological research on specific species including habitat utilisation and requirements, animal movements and home range analysis (radio telemetry).
Ecological monitoring programs.
Tranquillising of larger fauna species such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Koalas as well as feral Deer and Goats, for relocation or research purposes.
Feral animal control e.g. fox and rabbit baiting or shooting.
